Hendrick BMW Northlake Courtesy Shuttle Service is available for customers needing a ride uptown Charlotte. The shuttle promptly departs from the dealership at 8:05 Monday thru Friday. The uptown shuttle will pick up customers at the the One Wells Fargo building on College Street at 4:30pm. We also have shuttle service available every hour between 10:05am to 2:05 pm to Northlake Mall. The Northlake Mall shuttle will pick-up customers from Northlake Mall every hour between 11:30am to 3:30 pm

EARLY BIRD/NIGHT OWL
SERVICE
Early bird and night owl service is available for customers who need to drop their vehicle off for service when the dealership is closed. Simply complete the information on the night drop envelope, park the vehicle in the designated area, seal the car keys inside the envelope, and drop it thru the slot in the service entrance door. Our service professionals will attend to the vehicle
when the dealership
opens.

Our customer lounge includes a television, magazines, work stations, telephones, data ports, complimentary coffee, vending, and comfortable seating for your convenience while your vehicle is being serviced.
