We were stuck on Saturday night with a car which was not accelerating above 35 mph, and we stopped over at the dealership where some of the sales folks were still there and about to close. Stephen McGugan drove me and my family home that night, so that we did not have to call a cab. He went above any beyond anything he had to/should have done.

What an awesome experience we had! We are proud owners of a 2013 BMW X5! Thanks to the staff at Hendrick BMW Northlake, NC especially Rajan Patel! I'm so amazed with the royal treatment we received that matched our buying experience for a luxury car. Rajan Patel to be exact not only made the experience wonderful but provided us with the utmost customer service. His knowledge in the car industry is impecable! When we went and did our research on the BMW X5 everything he mentioned was spot on. But the part we appreciated the most is how much time he spent with us and how much he cared about our feelings. He treated us like we were family. From that experience we are truly BMW fans for life and we'll definitely be sending more people his way!

I'd be happy to comment on my experience. I had my car in for service at the Northlake dealership, it started out as some routine maintenance, but it was discovered I needed a costly repair during further inspection. Thankfully I had an extended warranty on the vehicle, but I wasn't sure if this particular repair would be covered. My SA, Eric Oram, took the time to call the warranty company to discuss the contract, worked out the details, and performed the repair for me. In addition, like I said, I was only expecting to be the dealership for an hour or two at the most, waiting on the work, when my SA realized that we needed to do this major repair, he was able to track down a loaner for me so I can continue my day without waste. It's really service like this why I keep coming back to Hendrick, always top notch people working there.

Just wanted to let you know how wonderful our service experience was with Gary Burke this morning. I recently purchased a 328i for my wife so she could enjoy the BMW experience as much as I do! When we experienced a problem yesterday I brought her car  in  this morning, without an appointment I might add. Gary was very professional and exhibited the type of customer service I think is missing from many of today's businesses. He gave me updates, and a complete explanation of the issues involved and because my car will not be available right away, provided me with a loaner.  He really cared about making sure I was comfortable with the whole experience. He is a credit to your service team!!

I came in without an appointment and they fit me in. I had a nail in one tire. They fixed it and didn't even charge me. That's good customer service!

This entire experience, from scheduling to the actual service, wait time at the dealer and the actual services performed was great. I was kept informed through the process. I am excited about having the service and dealership so close to the Lake Norman area for the first time since I moved here. It has been a struggle to get to Charlotte for service. The convenience here is incredible to me and will keep me coming back.

Eric kept me up to date on the status of my car which was in for a recall. Nice facility, convenient location, and friendly staff. I will be going back to the Northlake location for my future servicing needs.

Dealing with the team at Hendrick BMW is a terrific experience. Absolutely love the new Northlake BMW facility. Picking up our new vehicle in the new car delivery room and learning all of the features of our new BMW was quite an experience.

  As a first time BMW owner I did not know what to expect. I had a great experience purchasing from Hendrick and the service continued that impression. The facility is beautiful and convenient and the staff is professional and courteous. It was so easy to drop my car off and pick a loaner. They were expecting me and referred to me by name. The Northlake experience solidified why there is no better ownership experience than BMW.

There's no question that you provide service that is truly exceptional. Zak and Tim specifically went above and beyond to find us the cars we were looking for. When there was a delay at the DMV, Tim and Zak went to the DMV to track down the license plates and make sure that had them before the temporary tags expired. They overnighted 2 of the tags to our sons in college. We don't know of anyone that would ever offer that kind of service. To say that they exceeded our expectations is an understatement.

I love the new closer facility. Convenient and beautiful!

Service was fast, courteous and done right. We were given a loaner car, no questions asked, so we could enjoy our Saturday afternoon while our service was being performed.

Ray did a great job of handling my service. I originally went in for a basic oil change, but asked about a referral to fix some road damage on my front bumper, and when I left the car was all repaired and looked brand new!
