BMW MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

UP TO 4 YEARS/50,000 MILES

One of the most comprehensive maintenance programs in its class, the BMW Maintenance Program covers all factory-recommended maintenance services during the New Vehicle/SAV Limited Warranty Period. It also covers specific items that require replacement due to normal wear and tear, such as brake pads, brake discs, clutch disc, and wiper blade inserts.

While other car owners will incur from several hundred to over one thousand dollars of maintenance costs during the first four years they own their vehicles, you pay nothing for the first 4 years/50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.



BMW MAINTENANCE PROGRAM UPGRADE

UP TO 6 YEARS/100,000 MILES

You may have the option to purchase an upgrade, extending your maintenance coverage an additional 2 years/50,000 miles for a total of 6 years/100,000 miles. And as long as you haven't exceeded either 5 years or 60,000 miles, you can still sign up 4.

The Maintenance Program Upgrade option also extends the standard 4 years/unlimited mileage BMW Roadside Assistance Program benefit period by an additional 2 years/unlimited mileage, for a total of 6 years/unlimited mileage.

BMW TELESERVICE

With TeleService, available on all new BMWs, your vehicle actually reports to BMW when it needs service.

TeleService (Service Request) keeps you in the driver's seat, by transmitting your vehicle's status and service needs to your BMW center automatically or manually upon your request. Your BMW knows exactly when the next servicing appointment is coming up and informs you about any maintenance requirements. Your BMW service advisor will then call you to schedule a convenient appointment. This exclusive feature allows your service department to have any needed parts ready, saving you time. It also reduces the chance of a breakdown later - adding to your peace of mind.

BMW ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

BMW Roadside Assistance offers outstanding travel protection 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at no additional cost* and without any mileage restrictions. You're covered in all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico, and you're even covered if someone else is driving your BMW.

In addition to emergency roadside service, we can provide routing information for the perfect drive on your next road trip. And we can even help arrange alternate transportation and hotel accommodations if your trip is unexpectedly interrupted.

BMW Roadside Assistance is available to you for the first four years from the original in-service date, with no mileage restrictions and at no cost to you.  If you are the owner of a Certified Pre-Owned BMW, you're covered for six years from the original in-service date, with no mileage restrictions.
